After more than a decade crafting desserts as a fine dining pastry chef, I decided it was time for a new adventure. I took a step back to explore farming and truly connect with the ingredients I had always adored.

During my restaurant days, I loved curating the perfect dining experience by overseeing both the bread and dessert courses. It was my way of inviting you into the meal and sending you off with a sweet goodbye. This passion for creating memorable moments is the heartbeat of what we do at Rising Tide.

What started as a sabbatical turned into an unexpected second career. Today, I’m the proud owner of a flourishing flower farm, where blooms, vegetables, pollinators, and edible flowers all coexist in a beautiful, chaotic harmony. Our wedding work is a reflection of this journey, and my deep love for the wild abundance of overflowing gardens.

Planning a wedding proposal feels like designing a new dish — I carefully choose which flowers to grow, mix vibrant colors, and curate combinations that will spark joy and excitement.

When I’m not on the farm, you can find me by the ocean, whether I’m surfing, swimming, or (currently!) training for the epic challenge of swimming around Key West! I also love experimenting with our new indigo patch, playing with linens, and watching how the colors shift. And if I’m not at the beach or in the fields, you’ll find me in the kitchen, baking treats for the people I cherish.
