By purchasing a CSA for the 2025 season, you as the buyer agree to the following terms:

1. Your Blooming Journey

• Subscription Fee:
  Your investment in the joy of local, sustainably grown flowers is $150, a gift that keeps giving. This price includes everything: your bi-weekly pickup of hand-picked, fragrant blooms, carefully arranged by our team.

• Payment Schedule:
  Your payment is due in full upfront.

2. Delivery of Love and Beauty

• Where You’ll Receive Your Flowers:
  Your bouquet will be made available for pickup at one of our pre-determined host location —a little surprise of nature's beauty waiting for you.

• Delivery Frequency:
  Expect your flowers to arrive bi-weekly, lovingly grown and carefully crafted just for you.

• Missed Deliveries:
  Life happens, and sometimes you might miss your delivery. Any bouquets that are not picked up will be collected by our donation partners and brought to their facility to be enjoyed by their patrons.

3. Your Flowers, Your Heart

• Seasonal Beauty, Ever Changing:
  The flowers we send you will always reflect the beauty of the season—unique, vibrant, and full of life. Each bouquet may look different, depending on what’s blooming, but it will always be fresh and lovingly arranged.

• Occasional Substitutions:
  If one variety isn't available due to the whim of nature, we may offer a substitution that still captures the essence of the season, ensuring your bouquet remains as stunning as you imagined.

• Our Promise to You:
  We stand behind the freshness and beauty of our flowers. If for any reason your bouquet doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll happily make it right.

4. Love, Commitment, and Cancellation

• Your Commitment:
  If for any reason you decide this blooming journey is no longer for you, you may cancel by letting us know in writing—via email. If you choose to cancel before receiving your first delivery, we will refund your full payment. If you cancel after receiving your first bouquet, we will consider the remainder of your bouquets as donations and have them collected by our donation partners.

• Our Promise:
  We promise to fulfill our commitment to you as long as the flowers bloom. However, if unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or crop failure prevent us from continuing your membership, we will refund any unused portion of your subscription.

5. Your Role in the Garden

• Receiving the Gift of Flowers:
  We are grateful for your trust in our flowers. When the blooms arrive, we ask that you accept them on the delivery day, as nature’s beauty is fleeting.

• Keep Us Updated:
  If your address changes or you need any other updates to your membership, please let us know so we can continue delivering fresh blooms to you without a hitch. Always feel free to reach out by email: orders@risingtidebotanicals.com

6. Our Promise of Care and Respect

• Nature’s Gifts and Your Health:
  Our flowers are grown with care, free from pesticides & chemicals, and packed with love. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or other medical issues that may arise once the flowers are in your hands.

• Indemnification:
  By joining our CSA, you agree to take responsibility for handling the flowers safely. Keeping them a safe distance from any ripening fruit or excessive sunlight as this will cause them to deteriorate more rapidly.

7. Unpredictable Moments

Force Majeure:
Sometimes, nature has a mind of its own. If unforeseen events—like storms, floods, or any other act of God—prevent us from fulfilling your subscription, we promise to keep you informed and offer a pro-rated refund or alternative arrangements if needed.
